At the moment only within Germany. That applies to everything in the shop, including the Mail Club.

There are two warehouses. Clothing, bags, belt bags and mugs are printed in a print warehouse after you order and shipped from there. Stickers, bookmarks and everything handmade I pack myself and send separately.

You can still buy everything in one order. The cart adds up the shipping costs for both parcels automatically.

Clothing and printed accessories depend on the order value:

Stickers, bookmarks and handmade items cost €1.80 up to 90 g and €2.90 up to 1 kg with basic tracking. Insured shipping starts at €6.19.

The Mail Club always ships for free. All details are in the shipping policy.

Clothing is only printed after you order and usually reaches you in about 1 to 2 weeks.

Stickers are often printed after you order, so it can take up to 4 weeks. Anything already in stock ships much faster.

You can pay with PayPal (including PayPal Express), Shop Pay, credit card, Google Pay or Klarna.

Every month you get a red envelope about a left-wing, antifascist place in East Germany. Inside are 2 A6 postcards and 2 A7 stickers of the place of the month, 2 more stickers and an extra that changes every month.

The deadline is always the last day of the month at 11:59 pm. The issue ships by the middle of the following month at the latest and then takes about a week.

Yes, there is no minimum term. Your order confirmation contains a link where you can manage and cancel your subscription. If that doesn't work, just write to me.

Yes, with the mystery postcards, the mystery stickers or the catch-up bundle with both. They are mixed from earlier issues and only available while stocks last. You'll find them on the Mail Club page.

Every product page has a size chart with length, width and sleeve in millimetres. The easiest way is to lay a shirt that fits you well flat, measure it and compare.

The T-shirts, hoodies and zip hoodies are unisex with a straight cut.

To keep fabric and print looking good for a long time:

• wash inside out at 30 °C max, ideally on a gentle cycle with similar colours
• no bleach and no tumble dryer, let it air dry instead
• iron only on a low setting from the inside, never directly over the print

Close the zip of the belt bag before washing and don't iron it at all. The mug is best washed by hand.

If in doubt, follow the care label sewn into the item.

A lot of it, but not everything. T-shirts, hoodies, zip hoodies, the light tote bags and the baby items are made of organic cotton. The heavyweight tote bags and the belt bags are made of recycled cotton and recycled polyester. The T-shirt dresses and dog bandanas are made of cotton.

High-quality adhesive vinyl (80 µm) with a glossy finish. The size is listed with each sticker.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item should be unworn and unused. Write to me at kontakt@kikiskleinerkunstservice.de and you'll get a return label and all the details.

Please don't send anything back without writing first. All details are in the refund policy.

I'm sorry about that. Please write to me as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. I'll make sure you get what you ordered.
